We are looking to massively increase our staff team. We need variations in time zones so that we constantly have staff members online.
Our current staff team consists of :
Helpers : 4
Moderators : 1
Supermoderators : 1
This is what my goal is :
Helpers : 10 - 15
Moderators : 4
Supermoderators : 1 - 2
At the moment, we are running into an issue where 95% of our staff team is online at the same time and offline at the same time. This obviously creates issues which Im hoping to resolve with this drastic increase in staff population.
So I need EVERYONE to start applying if you think you'd like to become a part of our team. Even if you think you might not make it, apply. The worst we could say is no. But just a little secret to those who pay attention and read this far, I will slightly bend the guidelines and restrictions if you seem like a quality candidate.
